We develop and/or implement appropriate information technology to automate business processes that prevent/manage/resolve conflict. We ensure that the client has accurate management information regarding conflict management in his system.

We assist clients to develop their strategy for preventing/managing/resolving conflict. We ensure that the strategy is placed within the context in which the client operates. We follow through by assisting clients to develop the strategy into policy and regulation (in the case of government).
CONFLICT CULTURE TRANSFORMATION
We manage the process of changing a harmful or negative culture within the client’s organization or environment, so as to develop a culture which is conducive to effective prevention, management, and resolution of disputes.
PROCESS & SYSTEM DESIGN
We (re)design business processes and systems to effectively prevent, manage, and resolve conflict for the client.
BESPOKE DISPUTE FACILITATION
We provide hands-on management of large, intractable disputes or transformation processes, by designing a tailor-made inclusive process, and hosting and facilitating the dispute settlement/change management process from start to completion.
SKILLS & CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT
We educate, train and mentor the client’s staff to ensure that they more effectively prevent/mange/resolve conflict, and to ensure that they make effective use of the systems we have developed for them. We extend skills and capacity development to the users of the system where appropriate.
We conduct risk assessment audits for clients to assess how effective their systems are at dealing with conflict. We highlight areas of risk, and propose risk mitigation strategies.
